{Meringues}

This is a dessert I don't need a recipe for... I like to think sugary sweetness comes naturally to me lol

So here goes!

You don't need a "Ruby" like mine, but an electric beater is a must...
(unless you are a pioneer and want to stand there for 5 hours and have your arm drop off)

I used 6 egg whites and one cup of caster sugar (grandulated for you americans lol)


 While that is whipping away like there is no tomorrow, cut your stawberries up and sprink in a little sugar for goodness!


 Once your mixture has turned a thick white silky texture... You're good to go!


With a spoon, blob on a tray with baking paper your mixture
(I used the back of my spoon to get them flat and roundish)



I baked these on approx 170-180oc until they were firm on the outside and sounded hollow on the inside! Roughly about 20 minutes! 


Whip your cream and blob some of that on....


Then add your strawberries... eat some, then add some more, then eat some, then add soem more!

You get the idea right?


and there you have it!
One late night dessert done in half n hour!
