{Slowly Going Insane}

So I have been wanting to blog for a few days now, and I was about to get on here and tell you how some little punk kid of mine has lost my only SD card for my camera, and as I'm sitting here waiting for my page to load, I look in my little desk Owl and what do you know...my SD card!

Looks like it wasn't one of my punks, but Mumma punk!

Anywho...

I feel like these school holidays are going FOREVER! When you're suffering morning sickness from hell, things tend to go slow! My patience is running thin and my kids I'm sure are sick of being stuck at home! I would love to take them out but I never know how bad my dizzy spells are going to get...

I do not do well with gagging in public!

Oh look my kids are fighting as I type... time to do some crowd control!

Anyways...this is not much of a post, I'm just tired, sick and over these headaches!

Now that I have my SD card back I might go sit on the couch and see what photo's I can take form there!

My friend keeps finding baby Lop Rabbits in her backyard and I said to her well if you catch anymore let me know and I'll have them! So she texted me that very day and said I have caught you TWO!

{A Trip to the Beach}

In no particular order... I'm feeling queezy and can't be bothered putting these in order, so here goes...

{Pram Shopping}

I know it's a little early to go shopping right!? But I'm a little excited and well, it was only going to be on sale for another week and anywho...

I bought the new 2012 Phil & Teds Promenade TWIN Stroller

I'm in love ...

Ok so here are the reasons I chose this one ...

1. It will fit in our 8 seater 4WD Prado with all seats up
You can take both seats off the pram and it folds almost completely flat!

2. Those seats you see there, are the same seats in both images! The normal seats turn into Bassinet seats! AWESOME huh, you don't have to buy the extra parts etc...

3.Handle bar extends heaps! (more than what the pics show) Very handy when your husband is 6'4!

4. It's the size of a single pram!
I was worried I was going to come across not being able to fit through doors and shopping isles etc, so this style I don't have to worry about it!

and that's it! They are my Pro's... as for cons I'll keep you posted!

NOW I just wait patiently for the delivery man to come !!

{One BIG Announcement}

So on Christmas day I gave each family some photo's I had done ...
(family that were not able to be with us I e-mailed)

It went down very well with everyone being super excited!

But what I hadn't mentioned was my constant feeling that I was going to have twins!
I think I even dreamt I had twins, I kept seeing twins everywhere I went, I got a VERY VERY early positive home pregnancy test and the night before my first scan...(which by the way I managed to let my doctor give me a referal for an early one cause I even told HIM I thought I was having twins lol)...

I couldn't sleep! Not a WINK ...

I had tried talking myself out of thinking it was twins, and that I was just beign silly for thinking it! So off I went by mymself as Dirk was looking after the 3 girls at home and lay on the bed and she put's the do-dad to my tummy and I saw it....

I cried...

I laughed...

then I called Dirk and cried and laughed again!

And there you have it. Twin A and Twin B.
They are fraternal twins (meaning NOT identical)

Our house will be full , it will be LOUD but it will be fun !
Here's to staying sane with twins !!! lol

Such a beautiful day up at Maroondah Dam today!

My Dad has been staying with us for Christmas so we took him up to the Dam today. The girls have been having a ball. So happy to live near beautiful parks and bushland.

Next week my Mum arrives from interstate... and we get to do this all over again !!

The only boys in this house are my Husband and Dad right now and well... I just had to try out my cute little milkshake maker I recieved from my Kris-Kringle this year!

So I made, Banana, Strawberry and Chocolate milkshakes all round!

I hosted my first Christmas Dinner for our families this year at our home, so not a lot of photo's were taken throughout the day as I was you know... busy !!

BUT here are some that I did manage to capture...

and yes... these two photo's need to be oin colour lol

Then, after eating WAY too much roast beef, turkey, desserts, chocolates and a lil nap on the couch everyone left. And I cleaned my little heart out!

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas this year... we sure did.

{A Day At The Dam}

Today I took the girls to Maroondah Dam. Just a 7 min drive from our house...
I was trying to get some nice photo's for some relatives for Christmas but, well, you know how it goes... I'm sure the photo's will tell the story!

I have a friend who is an amazing Mum and is about to have her 5th child!

It's a boy!

After chatting with her about ways she could pose for her baby belly pic, we came up with this one!
I take my hat off to her for taking this with a timer lol

{Indiana's 2011 Kinder Concert}

Another year has passed and I have had another child graduate from Kinder!

It's always a little sad when this happens. My kids absolutely LOVE kinder and we are so lucky to have such unreal kinder teachers who put so much effort into their activities and teaching!

We sure do appreciate them!

She has a slight "thing" going on with her tongue lol

Well done Indiana-bo-hana-bana, we are very proud of you and everything you have done this year!

PS Sorry about the crappy photo's, I was trying to work out what the best setting was for a mass of children moving around in an inside setting lol

{Meringues}

This is a dessert I don't need a recipe for... I like to think sugary sweetness comes naturally to me lol

So here goes!

You don't need a "Ruby" like mine, but an electric beater is a must...

(unless you are a pioneer and want to stand there for 5 hours and have your arm drop off)

I used 6 egg whites and one cup of caster sugar (grandulated for you americans lol)

While that is whipping away like there is no tomorrow, cut your stawberries up and sprink in a little sugar for goodness!

Once your mixture has turned a thick white silky texture... You're good to go!

With a spoon, blob on a tray with baking paper your mixture

(I used the back of my spoon to get them flat and roundish)

I baked these on approx 170-180oc until they were firm on the outside and sounded hollow on the inside! Roughly about 20 minutes!

Whip your cream and blob some of that on....

Then add your strawberries... eat some, then add some more, then eat some, then add soem more!

You get the idea right?

and there you have it!

One late night dessert done in half n hour!
